Wednesday - 4.1 mile run/walk

August total - 14.4
Eh, not that great this week, and no where close to where I want to be. But I was sick and Skip was working crazy overtime hours, so I just couldn't get it in. I'm not beating myself up over it though...stuff happens!
Hoping to get in a better week this week since I'm finally feeling better.
