Overall I'm really happy with the results so far. I want to focus a lot more on toning this year, and I think this gets me off to a good start!
Melissa found some information for me about diastasis recti that I'm going to look into as well!
I"m probably not going to continue with the 30 day ab workout every day, but I do want to incorporate core work into all of my workouts from now on. I want to be bikini ready come the summer!

First off you are a MILF before this, but I did the 30 day ab challenge at the end of the summer and should have taken pics because it really does work- get those bikinis ready for our days on the beach girlfriend!!! ;)

Thank you for posting about diastasis recti. I have never heard of it, but I'm 99% sure I have it. I've always been tiny but since having a baby via c-section I CANNOT get control of my abs. I actually weigh less and work out more now than I have my entire adult life, but the MINUTE I eat it looks like I'm 4 months pregnant! It's so embarrassing. I'm printing out those workouts she suggests to give it a try! Thanks again! :)
