I know a lot of you have been working on healthy eating/working out since the new year, so why not come link up! It's super easy.
1. Write a blog post about what you've been doing, how much weight you've lost, tips you have, etc.
2. Add my fancy-pancy button to your post.
3. Head back over here and link-up at the bottom
4. Then hop around and see what everyone else has been doing!
Easy.
I'm sure I've mentioned it a few times on here before, but I've been having a lot of problems with my stomach recently. I was diagnosed with an ulcer and anxiety and given some Nexium. While that helped the reflux, it has not really alleviated the constant nausea I've been having {if I wanted constant nausea I would have had more babies!}
Anyways my doctors and I are on a quest to figure it all out. I had an abdominal ultrasound the other day, and thankfully everything came back normal. So now I wait till my next appointment in February.
In the meantime though, I've been doing some Googling and a lot of my symptoms are similar to those of people with a gluten intolerance. Awesome. So I've decided to try going gluten-free for a week or two and see if that makes a difference. {Secretly? I'm hoping it doesn't. I just want to cry thinking about a life without bagels, pizza, and cookies}
Yesterday was my first day without any gluten, and it wasn't too bad. Thankfully my coffee and creamer are gluten free:) I had a yogurt and cheese for lunch, and some popcorn for a snack. For dinner I made a grilled chicken wrap with a gluten-free brown rice wrap, grilled chicken, hummus, and lettuce. We had grilled polenta on the side. I really didn't like the wrap, but I powered through.

I bought a whole bunch of gluten-free stuff at both Trader Joes and Stop&Shop last night {S&S had a way bigger selection surprisingly}so I should have some more options today. Let me tell you, that stuff is expensive! I'll be re-doing our budget if this turns out to be the cause.
So what are your tried and true gluten-free tips? Are there any bagels that really taste like bagels? Help a girl out!
Hope to see you all linking up today!!
