
I found this pin on Pinterest and let it sit with me awhile..
I liked how formal and more expensive it made the whole room look, but a black door is pretty bold, so I wasn't sure I could make the plunge cause I knew it would be a total pain to repaint it if I hated it.
But after thinking about it a lot, I decided what the heck. I already had black paint on hand, so Saturday night {wow I'm a loser} I got to work. {I had Rustoleum semi-gloss paint on hand so that's what I used. It is what is on the outside of our front door as well}

It took four coats of paint to make sure it's all covered, but I am absolutely in love! It's so fun and different. I think it really makes the space a little more special.

I LOVE this!! As soon as I saw you IG it, I told Mike that we're painting the interior door.. We're getting a brand new front door installed on Wednesday and he said I could have at it! It looks awesome!
