But I'm finally feeling better and back at it again. I'm determined to be in amazing shape BEFORE the holidays...and with two months to go, that's plenty of time to get started. I was thinking, I'm sure I'm not the only one who wants to get in shape, eat healthy, etc. So why not join together and support each other!!
Starting this Friday, I will be hosting a Fitness Friday link-up on the ol' blog! {I'm not sure if it will be every week or every other week} I tried hosting a link-up before and it never really panned out, but I'm hoping lots of you will join in on this one!
It's super simple and easy. All you have to do is write a post on Friday about ANYTHING to do with health and fitness....give healthy recipes, show us your favorite yoga pose, what are some tips you've seen online, toot your own weight loss horn...pretty much anything goes!!
